I’d like to share the University of Georgia’s Land Conservation Clinic’s Spring newsletter, containing highlights of the Clinic’s work over the Spring 2025 semester.  As you’ll see, Clinic students worked with a broad range of nonprofit and government clients on land conservation projects ranging widely from conservation easement drafting to a deep dive into the intricacies of charitable trust law.  Each project afforded student teams an opportunity to serve clients while also expanding their own knowledge and professional skills.  The Clinic’s conservation work is always grounded in the real world, a fact that our clients, their projects, the guest speakers and our Spring field trip reinforced for our students.
